The Best PHP Editor or PHP IDE

First time i wrote PHP script i used text editor like a pico and nano on linux

After that I used EditPlus to created my PHP script. EditPlus is good Editor it's fast and small but it's not enough for me because if you write PHP in advance you need tool to help.

phpDesigner 2007 Professional is very good PHP IDE. It's small and fast but It's problems with thai language T__T.
